Applescript for iTunes: check, uncheck or invert check for selected tracks.

When in a Library, by checking/unchecking a track while pressing ⌘⌥ the effect is that all of the library tracks will be checked or unchecked.
This script allow the user to perform the same action, but only on selected tracks.
